I WILL SAY THIS: Good for Obama.

I agree, good for Obama, but come on, did he really never know who this guy is? Too bad he took so long to do it,and if he is that out of touch, then maybe not the best nominee.

I agree. There's no way this guy is his pastor and spiritual "father," the guy who officiated at his wedding and baptized his kids, and the inspiration for the title of his book...and also somebody whose character and intention are unknown to Obama. As you know, I'm McCain all the way.

I'll preface my comments by saying that I was baptized Catholic but have since become a non-religious person. That said, I don't see why it's so hard to believe someone can function in a specific role such as 'spiritual' but otherwise be not so influential in someone's life. The person that baptized me has no influence on my life, and neither does the person that married me and my wife. How much have people in these similar roles affected the way you make decisions?

While I agree Wright made some ridiculous statements, I believe Obama stated that he disagreed with all of them. It's not Rev. Wright who is on the ballot. I also think that Obama will get the nomimation. He's going to win NC (my state) by a large margin and Indiana will be close.
