Meanwhile millions upon millions of chickens and pigs -- who are of comparable intelligence and sensory construct as cats and dogs -- are penned up, stacked up, mistreated, electrocuted, dragged, and executed every day around the world in the name of food.

Thing is, the rounded-up cats and dogs are living far better lives than their factory-farmed brethren. Think about it.
